e mailing documents

​ ​​When attempting to E mail a document from the Dell All-In-One System on a 920 printer I get an error message under "MAILBOX" saying "There is no application associated with this type file". This happens using "E mail" under "SCAN" or "E mail image or document" under "CREATIVE TASKS".​​ ​

​ ​​The only way I have been able to send a document is by selecting "Dell Image Expert" under "SCAN". I end up with the blue screen and have to enlarge the image to read it.​​ ​

​ ​​Why doesn't the "SCAN/E mail"or "CREATIVE TASKS/E mail document" work? Is it related to JPG or JPEG file designations?​​ ​
